New courses to follow.

This non-ridden 2 hour session will introduce the participants to the following:-

• How to integrate Free Flow Yoga into your daily life with horses
• What is Free Flow Yoga in relation to Horsemanship
• Body Posture & Alignment
• Deep Relaxation & Breath work

This session promises to be enjoyable, fun and easy to learn so that the skills learnt are transferable and enhance each person’s activities of daily life.

Introduction 2 Day Workshop

These days are an introduction to the history, application and theory of Therapeutic Touch in health and healing and how it is being applied in all other areas of therapeutic work with people and animals. The experiential workshop offers exercises, meditations and practical steps for the participant to become familiar with TT and how they can integrate Therapeutic Touch into everyday practice with family and friends.

The introduction Workshop will need to be attended before attending any Practitioner Training and it would be lovely to see you on this workshop.
